Galaxy is an open, web-based platform for data intensive biomedical research. Whether on this free public server or your own instance, you can perform, reproduce, and share complete analyses. Galaxy, is a platform that has thousands of data-analysis tools for biomedical research. Most are geared for genomics, though more tools specific for proteomics and imaging analysis. A community of Galaxyusers helps vet the software tools for specific applications. In addition to using the public Galaxy server (a.k.a.
