Galaxy, is a platform that has thousands of data-analysis tools for biomedical research. Most are geared for genomics, though more tools specific for proteomics and imaging analysis. A community of Galaxyusers helps vet the software tools for specific applications. In addition to using the public Galaxy server (a.k.a. Main), you can also install your own instance of Galaxy or create a cloud-based instance of Galaxy. Registration required.
